Rik Torfs is a professor of Canon Law, a religious scholar, a media personality and a Flemish Christian Democrat politician.
In his book 'Wie gaat er dan de wereld redden' (But Who's Going to Save the World) Rik Torfs wants to experiment with an alternative method of thinking about policy decisions (Non numeranda sed ponderanda sunt argumenta). The book received the Liberales prize in 2009.
