The EU at TEDxBrussels 2011 needs your opinion

A film crew from the EU DG Research&Innovation, will interview YOU @ TEDxBrussels.

Soon, The European Commission will present its proposal for Horizon 2020, the new programme for research and innovation which is part of the drive to create new growth and jobs in Europe. The plan is based around three major themes: excellent science, competitive industries and a better society.  It focuses more than ever on turning scientific breakthroughs into innovative products and services that provide business opportunities and change peoples' lives for the better. Horizon 2020 will run from 2014 to 2020.

As part of their communication campaign of Horizon 2020, the EU is creating of a mosaic of video testimonials, accessible on the Horizon 2020 web site (presently under construction).

If you want to participate; your answers to the following questions, along with a photo and video, will be part of the visual mosaic and will be disseminated all over Europe:

1.      What is needed to exit the crisis and help Europe's economy grow?

2.      What are your main concerns for the future?

3.      How do you see research & innovation making a difference for a better future?
